OUR NAME

Our family has been in the cheese industry for over half a century. 
Our name is derived from Dad's hometown, Castellammare del Golfo
in North West Sicily.

Castellammare del Golfo is set at the foot of a high, rugged mountain, rich in vegetation, sloping gently towards the sea. 

The Castle stands on a little peninsula, between two magnificent beaches of soft sand. 

We regularly return to Castellammare for business, family and friends.
